Orders

Highland Meadow Nursery sells exclusively to professionals with a valid Nursery License. All orders are subject to crop availability, and we reserve the right to cancel part or all of an order due to weather, crop injury, count errors, pest or disease damage, or other factors beyond our control.

Priority Consideration:

Growing contracts and orders placed by July 1 receive priority as allocations are finalized by August 1.

Orders received after July 1 are recognized as important but are subject to open availability.

We focus on providing consistent, high-quality products and service, while maintaining flexibility to customize special programs that create unique value for our customers. Long-term relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

We encourage inquiries about our volume discount program and contract growing opportunities.

Highland Meadow Nursery supports and adheres to the standards of the American Nursery and Landscape Association (ANLA).

Price

All prices are wholesale only, competitive, and based on current market conditions. Prices listed cancel all previous offers and are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars, F.O.B. our nursery.

Terms

Established customers with a record of timely payments: Net 30 days from invoice date.

New accounts or customers without credit history: Cash in advance of shipment.

Credit applications are accepted for new accounts and processed in a timely manner.

Accounts past due 31 days are subject to:

5% monthly interest (18% per year)

Loss of discounts

Collection fees

Claims

Claims must be received within 5 days of receiving nursery stock.

Inspect plant counts and condition upon arrival.

Transit damage claims must be filed with the carrier; we can assist but assume no liability.

Highland Meadow Nursery reserves the right to evaluate and issue credit adjustments at our discretion.

Filing a claim does not release payment obligations under the terms of your account.

Our Guarantee

Highland Meadow Nursery guarantees that all stock is healthy and in good condition when it leaves our nursery. We strive for accuracy in variety and description, but make no expressed or implied guarantee regarding productivity or performance. Our maximum liability is limited to the net purchase price of the stock.
