Orders

Highland Meadow Nursery sells strictly to professionals who possess a valid Nursery License. We accept all orders subject to crop conditions and we reserve the right to cancel a portion of the order, or all thereof, should injury befall our stock from weather conditions, error in count, insect and disease injury, or other natural causes beyond our control. Growing contracts, and orders placed by July 1st will receive priority consideration as our allocations will be completed by August 1st. Any orders received after that, while being recognized important, will be subject to open availability. At Highland Meadow Nursery we understand the importance of providing consistency in both our product and service, but we also place and emphasis on our ability to be flexible and open to additional opportunities of tailoring special programs that may provide a unique value. All of our efforts are underscored with the importance of developing longterm relationships with our customers.

Price

Our prices listed are for the wholesale trade only. They are designed to be competitive and are based on current market conditions. Prices herein cancel all previous prices offered by us and continue to be subject to change without notice. Prices are in U.S. funds, F.O.B. our nursery.

Terms

To established customers with a record of timely payments, our normal terms are strictly net 30 days from the date of invoice. Otherwise we require cash in advance of shipment. We are happy to consider new accounts by completing a credit application and allowing sufficient time for processing. Accounts are considered past due 31 days from invoice and are subject to a 1 1/2% interest charge per month (18% per annum), loss a discount, plus cost of collection fees.

Claims

Claims must be received within five (5) days of receipt of nursery stock. Please check counts and conditions of plants upon arrival. Claims for damage in transit are to be made directly with the carrier (on request we will assist where possible without assuming liability). Although we will make every effort to satisfy your claims, Highland Meadow Nursery reserves the right to use sole discretion to evaluate and issue any and all credit adjustments. Filing a claim does not release you from full payment of your order within the terms of your account.

Our Guarantee

Highland Meadow Nursery takes pride in its quality stock and guarantees all stock to be healthy and in good condition when it leaves our nursery. We use the utmost care to keep all varieties and descriptions accurate but we make no guarantee, whether expressed or implied, as to the variety or productivity of any nursery stock we sell, and at no time will we be responsible for more than the “net” purchase price.
